How do I choose the right size?

Measure yourself with a tape measure over the underwear you normally wear and compare the values with the size chart shown on the product page. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend the larger size for underwired styles and the smaller size for elastic, wire-free styles.The detailed measuring guide is on the Sizing guide page.

What do the number and letter in a bra size mean (for example 75B)?

The number is your underbust measurement in centimetres (the band) and the letter is the cup — the difference between your bust and underbust measurements. Both matter: a band that is too loose gives no support, and the wrong cup distorts the shape.Some styles are labelled on the international scale (34A, 34B) and others on the European one (75A, 75B). The correspondence is shown on each product page.

What if the size does not fit?

You may try the item on over your own underwear, without removing the tags and without opening the sealed packaging. On those conditions you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days and request an exchange for another size or a refund.If the hygiene seal has been opened, the item can no longer be returned — see the answer about returning intimate apparel.

Can I return intimate apparel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only if the item is unworn, with the tags attached and the hygiene seal intact. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, stockings and tights CANNOT be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken or the tag removed. This is a legally permitted exception to the distance-selling right of withdrawal and applies to every retailer.Trying an item on over your own underwear, without breaking the seal, does not affect your right to return it.The exception does not apply to items delivered faulty or not matching your order: those are replaced or refunded regardless of the packaging.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to tell us you are withdrawing from it, with no need to give a reason. After notifying us, the items must be sent back within a further 14 days at the latest.The full conditions and the hygiene exception for intimate items are set out in our Returns and refunds policy.

When will I get my money back?

Accepted Answer

We refund within 14 days at the latest from the date we receive the returned items and confirm their condition. Refunds are issued in Moldovan lei (MDL) using the same method you paid with: to the card used at checkout or, for cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer to an account you provide.

How long does delivery take in Chisinau?

Orders confirmed before the daily processing cut-off are handed to the carrier the same working day. Within Chisinau, delivery takes approximately 1–2 working days from confirmation.The exact lead time and delivery cost are shown at checkout, before payment.

Do you deliver nationwide? How long does it take outside Chisinau?

Yes, we deliver throughout the Republic of Moldova. Outside Chisinau, delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days depending on the locality and the postal operator's schedule.For localities without home delivery, the parcel can be collected from the post office stated in the delivery notice.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We ship in opaque packaging, with no product images and no mention of the contents on the outside. The parcel carries only what shipping requires: sender, recipient and order code.If you would prefer a parcel with no visible branding at all, please say so in the order notes.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank card payments through maib (Visa and Mastercard, with 3-D Secure authentication) and cash on delivery. All prices and settlements are in Moldovan lei (MDL), VAT included.Card details are entered only on the bank's secure page; the shop never sees or stores them.

Can I pay when the parcel arrives?

Yes, cash on delivery is available for deliveries within the Republic of Moldova. You pay the courier or the post office in cash when collecting the parcel.A fiscal receipt is issued in accordance with the tax legislation in force.

How do I track my order?

After confirmation you receive an e-mail with your order number, and once it ships, the parcel tracking code. If you have an account, the order status is also visible under "My orders".Guest orders can be tracked through the link in the confirmation e-mail.
